Operative

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality reinstatement works including tarmac, concrete, and modular paving following excavation
• Ensure all reinstatement meets HAUC and local authority specifications
• Operate plant and machinery safely, such as rollers and compactors
• Complete job documentation using tablet-based systems
• Maintain site safety and ensure strict compliance with traffic management protocols

Requirements

• Full driving licence (essential)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results
• Experience in highway or utilities reinstatement (desired)
• CSCS card, EUSR Water Hygiene, or NRSWA certification (desirable; training can be provided)
