Operative Buyer (Animal Feed)

Responsibilities

• Determine and cover requirements within the agricultural network for animal feed
• Conduct short- and medium-term demand planning to ensure availability of stock items
• Act as the internal contact for all operational demand and procurement topics
• Coordinate with suppliers on logistical issues to ensure a smooth supply chain
• Handle sales inquiries regarding delivery times and order changes
• Manage system-side processing in SAP and related subsystems
• Process order and invoice complaints
• Proactively reduce risk factors related to seasonal, promotional, or holiday challenges

Requirements

• Degree in economics, agricultural sciences, or completed commercial vocational training
• Several years of experience in the agricultural sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in SAP and ADD*ONE is desirable
• Strong negotiation skills and assertive communication
• Analytical thinking and competence in handling data and MS Office
• Good German and English language skills
• Independent and highly motivated working style
