Operationstechnischer Assistent

Responsibilities

• Preparation and follow-up of patients for surgery
• Instrumental assistance and cooperation in endoprosthetics, spinal, surgical, trauma, dermato-surgical, and gynecological procedures
• Operation and monitoring of medical-technical devices
• Surgical documentation
• Application and implementation of hygienic and aseptic regulations

Requirements

• Completed training as an Operating Room Assistant (OTA) or as a Nurse with professional experience in the OR
• High level of responsibility, flexibility, and commitment
• Strong social competence and teamwork skills
• Empathy in dealing with patients
• Willingness to participate in on-call/standby service
