Operations/Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production and warehouse operations for the assigned zone during the weekend shift to ensure safety, product quality, and performance.
• Lead and develop the team through coaching, training, and performance management to increase accountability and engagement.
• Implement and drive the zone strategy, specifically focusing on team autonomy and engagement.
• Manage all shift activities including format changes, maintenance, and cleaning procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• At least 1 year of management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in French (both oral and written communication).
• Availability to work weekend shifts (12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage operations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing unionized teams.
• Experience in performance management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Interest and availability to work various shifts (weekdays, evenings, or nights) to support career progression.
