Operations & Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including organization, inventory tracking, and material flow
• Build and maintain strong inventory systems for accurate and accessible stock
• Lead preparation of enrichment materials across arts, woodworking, and engineering programs
• Own the full logistics cycle: ordering, preparation, packing, transportation, and campsite setup
• Manage and support the maker and warehouse team
• Create and refine systems, workflows, and protocols to improve efficiency
• Coordinate deliveries and movement of materials across NYC locations

Requirements

• Ability to lift 20+ lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Comfort navigating NYC for deliveries and logistics coordination
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
