Responsibilities

• Work on initiatives to improve customer experience and optimize processes
• Contribute to operational automation and efficiency
• Analyze complex problems and propose data-driven solutions
• Present findings and ideas to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused projects
• Identify customer pain points and design seamless processes

Requirements

• Evidence of critical thinking and creative problem solving
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative through academic or professional experience
• Comfortable with technology, data analysis, and automation
