Operations Training Senior Professional

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and regular updates of all training programs.
• Develop operational and administrative resources to support training for both unionized and non-unionized personnel.
• Provide direct training to unionized personnel within production areas.
• Adapt training and development processes to optimize plant resources and meet specific needs.
• Promote, administer, and control the self-development process for production and maintenance personnel in coordination with operational facilitators.
• Review and update training matrices for all operational staff.
• Ensure that all training required outside of the standard DNC program meets established system requirements.
• Incorporate training related to Mexican Official Standards (NOM) into the training plan.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or 5 years of experience in chemical processes and training.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical operations supervision.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
