Operations Training en diagnostico

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials specifically for the Failure Analysis and Diagnosis area
• Lead and execute diagnostic training programs for the Guadalajara site
• Support the training requirements of various Flex Guadalajara organizations
• Create new reports and metrics to track area performance
• Certify and recertify professional competencies within the team
• Validate training effectiveness through regular audit processes
• Record and monitor all training data and progress

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent professional training
• Proficiency in interpreting schematics and datasheets
• Hands-on experience with switching power supplies and communication protocols
• Advanced usage of electronic measurement equipment
• Proficiency with operating systems and tools including Linux, Unix, CentOS, and TestStand
• Previous professional experience in a diagnostic role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Availability to work flexible schedules
