About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on, one-on-one, and group skills training sessions regarding equipment operations and processes
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop comprehensive training plans
- Oversee certification and re-certification processes to ensure associates meet operational standards
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on associate training progress and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support by uploading and updating relevant documentation
- Collaborate with team members to integrate training efforts with broader operational goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in training coordination and certification management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
