About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform on-the-job and classroom training for new hires and existing employees on essential job functions and processes.
- Provide regular feedback to the Training Coordinator and supervisors regarding associate progress.
- Identify training gaps or process deficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Follow training SOPs and complete all required documentation accurately.
- Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and production during training periods.
- Perform regular operational duties during non-training shifts.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of WMOS, including scanner tasks and functions.
- Experience using RF equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Ability to stand, bend, and twist for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
- Effective communication skills to interact with supervisors, managers, and peers.
- Flexibility to work overtime and comply with blackout periods during peak seasons.
- Strong dependability and a consistent attendance record.
