Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform rounds, troubleshooting, and optimization of building control systems (BMS/SCADA)
• Ensure ventilation and HVAC systems in cleanrooms maintain exact parameters for pressure, particles, temperature, and humidity
• Operate and maintain critical process media systems such as purified water (PW), steam, and compressed air
• Document all facility maintenance strictly according to legal requirements and GMP routines
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in coordination with production staff
• Coordinate and follow up with external contractors during major service work and projects

Requirements

• Technical education in operations or facility management (e.g., YH-education for operations technician or facility engineer)
• Several years of experience in operations and maintenance in complex facilities (e.g., hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceuticals, or heavy industry)
• Strong competence in control and regulation technology (building automation) and HVAC
• Experience with or understanding of working under GMP or in other controlled environments
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with refrigerants
• Electrical certification
