Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform operational tasks supporting coating, blasting, masking, plating, and chamber operations
• Visually inspect parts and materials to identify defects, contamination, or damage
• Load, unload, and handle customer hardware and materials using specialized equipment
• Maintain equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas through routine cleaning and upkeep
• Document production data and complete job routers or quality documentation
• Escalate non-conformances through appropriate reporting processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to follow work instructions, technical procedures, and safety guidelines
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts (07:00pm - 07:30am)
• Availability for overtime, weekends, or holidays as required
