Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate complex process equipment for coating and plating applications in an aerospace manufacturing environment
• Maintain equipment according to training, process documents, and 5S standards
• Assist maintenance teams with troubleshooting, correcting equipment malfunctions, and reporting faults
• Inspect parts and use hand tools to make minor, routine adjustments to production equipment
• Follow all safety and operational protocols to ensure high-quality aerospace component production

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, comprehend, and understand work instructions and technical specifications
• Basic mathematical proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure)
• Ability to successfully pass essential job function physical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Level II: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a technical role within a manufacturing or aerospace environment
• Level III: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a technical role within a manufacturing or aerospace environment
