Operations Technician III

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant processes and perform preventive and routine maintenance on systems
• Participate in loading and offloading liquid cryogenic and gaseous helium containers
• Interface with HMI systems to supervise operations, adjust plant parameters, and perform trend analysis
• Collect and log operational data and perform water sample testing
• Certify certificates of analysis for products based on gathered analytical data
• Operate a tractor truck to move large containers onsite as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven mechanical proficiency
• Computer literacy, including experience with personal computers
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights, weekends, and on-call assignments
• Physical ability to climb ladders/stairs and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform elevated work

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic electrical, instrumentation, or mechanical maintenance experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word or Excel
• Experience operating a tractor/trailer to fill liquid helium containers
