Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shift planning and scheduling to improve efficiency and performance
• Service customers attending the site while minimizing waiting times
• Support the team with daily operational activities, including safe loading and unloading of trucks
• Pick and pack orders to meet set deadlines
• Operate processing machinery and forklifts

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a formal or informal capacity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to safety and respect for a diverse workforce
• A current forklift license is desirable, though training can be provided
