Operations Team Leader - Workforce Rostering

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing national after-hours team of Operations Consultants
• Ensure critical healthcare shifts are filled through effective workforce allocation and smart rostering
• Manage escalations and complex bookings in a calm, solutions-focused manner
• Support team onboarding, training, and capability development
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational growth
• Maintain a hands-on approach by assisting with phone coverage when required

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role
• Background in customer service, call centre, workforce planning, or recruitment environments
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays and weekends
• Proven ability to manage performance, provide feedback, and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting
• Strong ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
