Operations Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in supervising five shift teams.
• Guarantee optimal operation and energy performance of installations through active field presence (incineration, bottom ash, water treatment, etc.).
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure continuous facility functionality.
• Act as a temporary replacement for the Operations Manager when required.
• Manage on-call duties, emergency interventions, and specific technical tasks as needed.
• Enforce all operational, maintenance, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in maintenance, industrial systems, process piloting, or similar fields.
• Proven operational experience in plant or facility operation.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrotechnics and mechanics.
• Proficiency with CMMS (GMAO) software and general IT tools.
• High level of autonomy, analytical thinking, and rigor.
