About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operational activities and lead field and office teams
  • Ensure high accuracy across compliance portals, dashboards, and traceability systems
  • Conduct regular on-ground audits, inspections, and quality checks
  • Supervise operational staff with clear task allocation and accountability
  • Track team performance against KPIs and report results to the Operations Manager
  • Propose innovative ideas to improve workflows and field operations
  • Support and execute social enhancement programs and activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, field supervision, or team leadership
  • Experience in waste management, recycling, logistics, or sustainability projects preferred
  • Strong data handling skills with experience using dashboards and reporting tools
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver operational KPIs
  • Ability to work in dynamic, field-intensive environments
