About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operational activities and lead field and office teams
- Ensure high accuracy across compliance portals, dashboards, and traceability systems
- Conduct regular on-ground audits, inspections, and quality checks
- Supervise operational staff with clear task allocation and accountability
- Track team performance against KPIs and report results to the Operations Manager
- Propose innovative ideas to improve workflows and field operations
- Support and execute social enhancement programs and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, field supervision, or team leadership
- Experience in waste management, recycling, logistics, or sustainability projects preferred
- Strong data handling skills with experience using dashboards and reporting tools
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver operational KPIs
- Ability to work in dynamic, field-intensive environments
