Operations Team Leader, Post Entry

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of Post Entry Submissions including PSC, 520d, Protests, 3347, and penalty mitigations.
• Manage a team of 5 to 10 employees, including task assignment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor work volumes and entry preparation to ensure compliance with US Federal Code of Regulations.
• Deliver professional responses to customer queries and maintain product databases.
• Supervise team attendance, work schedules, and conduct regular team meetings.
• Communicate operational improvement suggestions and report issues to the US Operations Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) Designation (must maintain yearly status).
• 5 years of industry experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in CRM software.
• Strong knowledge of Customs regulations and Post Entry filing requirements.
• Valid Passport with the ability to travel occasionally to other office locations.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
