Operations Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate direct reports, actively managing their performance, attendance, and professional growth.
• Consolidate key operational information and generate accurate reports for management regarding operational status, metrics, and incidents.
• Analyze current operations to identify bottlenecks and design formal improvement proposals to optimize time, cost, and quality.
• Resolve complex operational contingencies in real-time to ensure business continuity and efficiency.
• Ensure daily team performance is aligned with global objectives and organizational quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in supervision, coordination, or management roles with direct reports.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Google Sheets and BigQuery.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex operational data and translating it into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions and solve problems under pressure in dynamic environments.
• Assertive communication skills for interacting with different organizational levels and presenting executive reports.
