Operations Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing national after-hours rostering team
• Ensure critical healthcare shifts are filled through effective workforce allocation
• Manage escalations and complex bookings in a calm, solutions-focused manner
• Support onboarding, training, and capability development within the team
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Identify and action process improvements and operational growth opportunities
• Maintain a hands-on approach by assisting with phone coverage when required

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role
• Background in customer service, call centre, workforce planning, or recruitment
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays and weekends
• Proven capability to manage performance and provide clear coaching/feedback
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
