Responsibilities
- Achieve warehouse operational objectives by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Monitor, assess, and guide performance of team members
- Provide training and ongoing support to team members
- Review procedure documentation to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
- Evaluate product flow and handling systems to recommend efficiency improvements
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety standards and legal regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repetitively
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Computer proficiency
