Responsibilities

  • Monitor, assess, and guide performance of team members
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members
  • Review procedure documentation to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
  • Evaluate product flow and handling systems to recommend efficiency improvements
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety standards and legal regulations

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repetitively
