Operations Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Achieve warehouse operational objectives by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
• Monitor, assess, and guide performance of team members
• Provide training and ongoing support to team members
• Review procedure documentation to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
• Evaluate product flow and handling systems to recommend efficiency improvements
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety standards and legal regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repetitively
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• College coursework or degree
• Experience working with multiple product lines and variable processes
