Operations Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful execution of daily operations within the department
• Supervise, discipline, and monitor employee performance based on established goals and standards
• Enforce strict compliance with all import and export policies and procedures
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding shipment dispatch, routing, pricing, and rates
• Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships
• Respond to and resolve operational problems and client issues promptly
• Drive quality management by identifying ways to improve accuracy and thoroughness

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in operations or team management
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
