Operations Systems Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure system static data accuracy for new products and exchanges
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues as part of a global support function
• Collaborate with operations departments to test new functionality and ensure business requirements are met
• Build and enhance back and middle office reports across multiple asset classes
• Assist with vendor system upgrades and patch sweeps in accordance with change control policies
• Act as a liaison between functional areas, third-party vendors, and exchanges
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and procedures, including environment schematics
• Adhere to the operational risk framework and comply with all regulatory and company parameters

Requirements

• Essential knowledge of ION's XTP & FEES clearing solution
• Experience working within a regulated financial environment
• Strong understanding of risk and compliance requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to take high levels of responsibility in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
