- Support and optimize warehouse operations through effective use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Act as the key liaison between Warehouse Operations and IT
- Ensure system efficiency, user adoption, and data accuracy
- Drive continuous process improvement and workflow optimization
- Deliver system training and support to end users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or Distribution Center (DC) operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and operational performance tracking
- Solid understanding of process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
