Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Audit timecards daily to ensure accuracy, break compliance, and prevent fraud
• Partner with Finance and Payroll to support on-time payroll and accurate client billing
• Support charter and special event operations by approving requests, preparing materials, and assigning drivers
• Provide coverage and assistance for scheduling projects and dispatch operations as needed
• Track route changes and PGM tickets to ensure compliance with internal policies and DOT requirements
• Reduce operational risk by improving labor law and DOT compliance
• Streamline coordination across departments to reduce service disruptions and provide attendance coaching

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience, including coaching or overseeing daily operations
• Experience with payroll and timecard audits, including resolving discrepancies and following up with staff
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills (data tracking, basic formulas)
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to follow complex instructions
