Operations Support (Security & Data Management)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Government in executing routine business operations, specifically focusing on security, configuration, and data management
• Support Hemisphere Security and Configuration Management (CM) teams to deliver high-quality products to the Government
• Streamline the preparation of security plans, including Information Security, Physical/Technical Security, Classification Management, and COMSEC
• Prepare, submit, and maintain personnel security packages for Special Access Programs (SAPs)
• Support facility and network security actions, inspections, and daily activities
• Collaborate with the Configuration Manager to develop identification schemes for classified deliverables
• Actively support the CM team with data management and sharing across platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira
• Develop, document, and maintain functional databases to support mission requirements

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• BS degree in a related science or engineering field (e.g., IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering)
• CompTIA+ certification
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience supporting Sensitive Compartment Information (SCI) or Special Access Programs (SAP) within the DoD
• Expertise in Defense Information Security Services (DISS) and JADE/JPAS databases

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related science or engineering field
• 12+ years of experience supporting DoD acquisition programs
• CISSP or CISM certifications
• CDSE Level 2 certification
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and shared cloud environments
