Operations Support Officer

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor document control processes to ensure proper storage and compliance
• Maintain and update asset compliance certificates and collaborate with third parties for audits
• Support the procurement process for new assets as required
• Conduct data entry for third-party invoices
• Provide support for marine recruitment, onboarding, and related administrative processes
• Act as the first point of contact for urgent roster amendments to adhere to safe manning requirements

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office knowledge
• Experience in a similar administration or compliance role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• First Aid and CPR certification (desirable)
• Marine tourism background (preferred)
