About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process business requests and maintain accurate records in underwriting, workflow, and financial systems
  • Prepare and distribute policy documents, wordings, and certificates
  • Manage midterm transactions including endorsements, cancellations, reversals, and rebookings
  • Respond to business queries and provide necessary information to progress requests
  • Handle administrative tasks such as claims experience, letter of authority processing, and broker transfers
  • Complete work within required timelines and support multiple countries as needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and complete required training/certifications

Requirements

  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Willingness to accept temporary employment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience
  • Proficiency in English and an additional Asian language
