Operations Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
• Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
• Maintain updated inventory records and documentation
• Coordinate shipments with transport partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports in compliance with company procedures
• Enforce safety protocols and support regular maintenance and inspections to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with related departments and support warehouse staff to achieve operational targets

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in a related field
• Experience or knowledge in inventory management
• Ability to handle shipment coordination and documentation
• Proficiency in operational reporting
• Commitment to enforcing safety protocols
