Operations Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze product runtime environments to ensure optimum system performance
• Manage application and security incidents and conduct problem determination
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues within SLA
• Develop operations and processes guides to ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Manage day-to-day operation activities and provide status reports to stakeholders
• Manage operations teams and vendors to ensure 24/7 support availability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer in an IT setting
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy, Zendesk, or ServiceDesk
• Familiarity with APM tools and cloud-native monitoring (Cloudwatch, Stackdriver)
• Knowledge of scripting tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, and info-security practices
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in GCP, Azure, or AWS
• Experience with OpenAPM stack
