Operations Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze product runtime environments to ensure optimum system performance
• Manage application and security incidents and conduct problem determination
• Develop operations and processes guides to ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Manage day-to-day operation activities and present findings to stakeholders
• Manage operations team consisting of staff and vendors to ensure 24/7 support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer or similar IT role
• Experience with ITSM tools like Remedy, Zendesk, or ServiceDesk
• Ability to implement full stack monitoring using APM tools
• Familiarity with cloud native monitoring (Cloudwatch, Stackdriver) or OpenAPM stack
• Knowledge of scripting tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, and TDD
