About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver reports and invoices in a timely manner and required format
  • Manage data in Oracle and project planning databases
  • Troubleshoot system issues with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform quality assurance checks on laboratory and field data
  • Manage vendor relationships and submit vendor invoices
  • Monitor and mitigate bad debt in coordination with accounts payable
  • Develop, maintain, and store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies, consumables, and equipment

Requirements

  • Associate degree in business, sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business, Accounting, Accounts Payable, or Procurement
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting
