About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team to increase daily business efficiency
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and emailing
  • Review customer test reports and customer cards for accuracy
  • Type customer test reports
  • Prepare and email customer quotations at the direction of the sales team
  • Review test sample entry for accuracy
  • Perform Oracle order confirmation and proforma invoice entry
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Perform additional office management tasks as directed
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate mathematical and reasoning skills
