Operations Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Process freight within specified Units per Hour goals, including markups, markdowns, and EAS tagging
• Inspect deliveries for damages and ensure proper sensor/tag placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans for accurate floor replenishment
• Manage "Ship to Home" orders and store-to-store transfers
• Complete ISOS replenishment activities and stock room resets
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery
• Greet and assist customers with shopping needs and process sales transactions
• Maintain clean, welcoming sales floor and fitting rooms
• Participate in visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Requirements

• Back of house or similar industry experience in high-volume environments preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to lift/climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock rooms
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts
• Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
