Responsibilities

  • Assist to answer customer support requests via Jira ticketing system
  • Follow a planned schedule to monitor and manage live games configuration
  • Assist with product smoke testing and pre-production testing tasks
  • Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Assist the QA Team to verify and report bugs
  • Liaise with the Development Team to ensure smooth game releases
  • Conduct risk assessment for games in development
  • Plan and design fraud tools for high-risk games
  • Enhance processes and workflows including documentation
  • Rotate 8-hour night shifts or other shifts as required
  • Perform occasional on-call escalation duties

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Software, Computer Science, Computing, Computer Engineering, or IT discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in an operations or technology support role
  • Passion for gaming and the gaming industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules
