Operations Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the Pre-review phase and file preparation
• Analyze trends to create workflows that maximize In Good Order rates
• Configure customer accounts with bank partners to ensure standardized setups
• Assist in writing, updating, and tracking SOPs
• Maintain CRM integrity and ensure customer account fields are audit-ready
• Manage queuing and assignment of periodic reviews and merchant documentation outreach

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in FinTech, Operations, or a start-up environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and a process-first mindset
• Strong communication skills for managing bank-partner relationships
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and define new processes
• Systems-level thinking and ability to operate independently
• Adaptable multi-tasker capable of managing competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script, Make, or Zapier
• Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or Attio
• Experience building agent-based workflows or interest in AI technologies
• Data-driven approach using Excel or Google Sheets modeling
