Operations Support

Responsibilities

• Upload files to Online Booking Tools to create, update, and delete traveler profiles
• Monitor, triage, and resolve fallout when records in initial upload files fail
• Upload log files to shared drives to enable efficient troubleshooting
• Adhere to SLAs, contractual agreements, and legal compliance standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities and determine solutions to achieve business goals
• Work with ambiguous requirements to produce tangible technical solutions

Requirements

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Excel
• Significant experience working with delimited flat files
• Experience with one or more GDS systems
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify technical solutions
• Proven technical problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to self-manage workload and handle multiple complex customers with competing priorities
