Operations Support

Responsibilities

• Perform various support duties within the manufacturing environment, including materials handling, production assistance, and quality inspections.
• Manage materials handling tasks involving shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist in production activities such as assembling, filling, measuring, and verifying manufacturing materials.
• Route production documentation for assemblies and finished products and report any Bill of Materials (BOM) issues.
• Execute cycle counts in production areas, investigate discrepancies, and enter results into the SAP ERP system.
• Conduct quality inspections of raw materials and in-process or finished products to ensure compliance with reliability standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation and enter data into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or operations support role.
• Higher education or specialized training/certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, such as SAP.
