Responsibilities

• Complete defined processes and procedures within established deadlines
• Ensure all tasks meet accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards
• Adhere to both internal company protocols and external regulatory standards
• Identify operational anomalies and use judgment to resolve issues based on rules
• Escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills
• Strong planning and organizing skills
