Operations & Supply Chain Director

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Program Operations Managers and Material Program Managers to execute program and supply chain strategies.
• Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to ensure successful supplier and factory management.
• Oversee long-range planning, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) generation, and quarterly EAC reviews.
• Manage material sales forecasting, material budgets, and Risk & Opportunity Management.
• Develop and execute material strategies that support customer requirements and program objectives.
• Resolve conflicts within and between organizations, including suppliers and customers.
• Support customer proposals and gate reviews.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Active and existing DoD Top Secret security clearance required on day one.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading personnel and teams within matrixed organizations.
• Expertise in material sales forecasting and execution.
• Experience leading teams through cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• PM level 4 or above certification and MPM level 4 or above certification.
