Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day market responsibilities
• Perform hands-on manual work including warehouse organization and asset audits
• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of vehicles
• Respond to on-demand and in-field customer service requests
• Redistribute scooters around service areas and recover vehicles for repair
• Assist with administrative tasks including hiring, training, and staff scheduling
• Track employee productivity and ensure SOP follow-up

Requirements

• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift
• Knowledge of local geography and street layout
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Open availability for all assigned shifts
