Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day market responsibilities
• Perform hands-on manual work including warehouse organization and asset audits
• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of vehicles
• Respond to on-demand customer service requests and redistribute scooters
• Identify and recover scooters requiring in-shop repair
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling staff, and productivity tracking
• Follow up on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for entire shift
• Knowledge of local geography and street layout
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to the Columbus, OH warehouse
