Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of prevention and security strategies to ensure the safety of personnel, information, and university property.
• Oversee the correct application of security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Manage security staff in their work areas, ensuring service is provided with high quality and professionalism.
• Review event information and scheduled activities to ensure security officers are fully informed and prepared.
• Assign work areas and provide necessary equipment to security personnel, such as radios and event logs.
• Report and follow up on any accidents, incidents, or irregularities occurring during the shift.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in supervisory roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Criminology, or Industrial Engineering.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Skills in social media management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Training in security and risk prevention protocols.
