Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize, and provide feedback to the work team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the administration, control, and management of the LOCATEC application.
• Oversee the identification, classification, storage, inventory, and control of lost and found items.
• Follow up on lost and found incidents through the creation and management of detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with LOCATEC indicators and Security Risk Management protocols.
• Support the reception, custody, and registration of various articles and items.
• Collaborate on security risk management incidents and assist in capturing information from electronic security systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in intramural security supervision, customer service, or warehouse control.
• Completed Bachelor's degree.
