Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant installations, including incineration, steam production, and water treatment, either on-site or via centralized control.
• Guarantee energy performance and emission quality by monitoring key performance indicators.
• Manage waste flows, reagents, and by-products, including weighing, unloading, evacuation, and stock management.
• Enforce site safety, environmental, and cleanliness regulations.
• Report anomalies to the Operations Manager, propose adjustments, and ensure traceability using GMAO and shift logs.
• Perform first-level maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team as required.
• Oversee the arrival and site localization of external contractors and visitors.

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac Pro or BTS), ideally in industrial maintenance.
• Proven experience working in an industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge, ideally within thermal processes or thermics.
• Ability to work in a 5x8 shift rotation.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.
