Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and coach associates to meet production goals and foster a high-performance culture
• Execute production plans and schedules to ensure timely and accurate order completion
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and bottlenecks
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations, leading investigations into incidents and near misses
• Manage resource allocation, inventory control, and equipment maintenance (TPM)
• Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, HR, and finance departments to achieve operational excellence
• Manage administrative tasks including overtime, attendance, and weekly payroll approval

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution operations
• Demonstrated team leadership and people development skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or various shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen activities
• Background in sheet metal, custom fabrication, laser cutting, welding, or mechanical assembly
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development
