Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Launch daily shifts with structured team huddles to allocate labor and establish production targets
• Monitor and adjust intra-day labor allocation to meet throughput, UPH, accuracy, and safety benchmarks
• Conduct real-time performance coaching on the floor to improve associate metrics
• Resolve cross-department bottlenecks between receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Analyze daily shift data to identify root causes of operational friction and propose process modifications
• Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and 5S cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics
• Experience analyzing operational reports and executing root-cause analysis
• Ability to deliver clear performance metrics and actionable feedback to large teams
• Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, or overtime
• Ability to stand/walk for full shift and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Inventory Management Software
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or Engineering
• Military leadership experience
