Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 25 to 30 ShipMonk Associates
• Communicate policies and act as the primary information source for the team
• Maintain compliance, consistency, and take corrective action when needed
• Use software to manage inventory flow and keep records
• Focus on productivity, process, and quality through warehouse KPIs
• Report on stock levels, issues, and employee performance to upper management
• Optimize employee workflow and improve processes
• Ensure facility equipment is properly maintained and safe
• Train new warehouse associates and oversee department sanitation

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Working knowledge of inventory management software
• Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail skills
• Proven track record of driving results and managing change
• Ability to analyze data to provide business solutions
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Ability to stand for most of the day and lift up to 50lbs
