Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee training operations including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery
• Manage team workload and ensure effective resource planning across programs
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance and support succession planning
• Oversee internal and external trainer allocation, readiness, and qualification
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to align customer expectations with delivery
• Manage operational KPIs including utilization rate, cost control, and efficiency
• Monitor training profitability, including trainer costs and margin optimization
• Standardize processes, templates, and tools, including LMS and digital tools implementation
• Support new program launches and strategic initiatives of the Academy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations control or service delivery
• At least 2–3 years of experience in team management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)
• Experience in services, certification bodies, or consulting is an advantage
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
